Phony poll by Strategic Vision in Ohio has Bush up by 4. Two other polls show Kerry up by 2. You can tell the Strategic Vision poll is phony by looking at the internals on Bush handling of the economy. I suspect that most of those Strategic Vision polls in Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin and Ohio are phony.
