There is no phone service and no cell service either, but for some reason my wireless laptop can get online. My phone with wireless web cannot. Anyhoooo.... Since I have one of the few links to the outside world, I am letting alot of people use my comp to get messages out to loved ones, as I go thru the shambles of whats left of my dads house...he is too old and sick to do much of anything and looking at the devastation, I am amazed he and his 'girlfriend' made it out alive and am extremely thankful the big man upstairs was watching out for him...but, it's very tough down here right now....heat index over 105 with humidity so thick you could cut it with a knife...no water, power, nothing..the town is destroyed.....people wandering around in amazement.....looking lost...their lives forever changed.....Very, very sad.....but also very uplifting seeing all the support pouring in from other areas.... and the dejection in seeing the few scam artists I can't hit with a baseball bat for charging $4k to move a tree.....Gotta go...people waiting to use comp to send out some e-mails..... I feel bad ( Seriously!) for the RMBS longs that PUMPED this over $35 telling everyone to load up as they were doing....and what about those that were buying up the $35 - $45 strike calls in HOARDS...they are taking quite a hit...I hate seeing anybody lose money except the big brokerage firms <g>.....us retail folk, long or short, need to stick together <g>......
