EP, Yesterday I bought FRO Sept $40 Calls in advance of the earnings, today I sold for 81.8% net (of commissions) profit. The VLCC shipper announced $1.6 div + $1.67 spinout of SFL. FRO predicts business will be strong for the next couple of years, so I plan to continue this habit. Ex-div day is Sept 8 so before that date may buy Puts or sell Calls if pricing is good. I did some of these trades with the last dividend. Profitable. The next quarter should be even better, as shipping rates tend to rise in the fall. Using some of the proceeds, I bought TKE.TO on the trust conversion, on the small dip today, and added PWT.TO, on the prospects of breakup/conversion to trust. PWT is still speculative at this stage. T
