Bush will profess outrage and denounce the SwiftVets in a few weeks - after they've run the ads, generated publicity for the book and there is nothing more to gain from the Swiftvet affair. He didn't denounce the ads when they came out. To do so later is meaningless - and Kerry shouldn't let him get away with it.

Same tactics he used against McCain. Same tactics he used in opposing, then embracing creation of the 9/11 commission and department of homeland security. Same tactics he used in preventing Rice from testifying then permitted it. And he says Kerry waffles....
