The thing that may give this controversy legs is that Kerry has finally gone on the attack. This means that all the major media will now cover it. And slant it Kerry's way, of course. Remember the old saying, "I don't care what the say, as long as they spell my name right." The Vets need the exposure they can't buy with their small budget. When Chris ran the ad today, that gave it more exposure than it has had on TV. The same thing will now happen on network TV. They can't get around it.

Then all the new examples of Kerry's perfidy, such as changing his Silver Star commendation, will make the news and keep it going.

I hate to get my hopes up. I am sure the media will do their best to dash them. :>)
