I just talked with Bernie at Scriptel. The $4.2 million did not materialize. They currently have delays in delivery because "financial difficulties" prevent them from meeting demand. The NCR/post office job is still valid, but has been delayed because of post office software. Scriptel can no longer predict they will be profitable 1st quarter 98. They are seeking a number of avenues to solve the financial difficulties, and talking to a number of people. I asked if they were planning to file for chapter 11, and he said that had to be one of the possible avenues. They have not scheduled an annual meeting because they don't have enough money to send out proxies and hold the meeting. Pat
