So, Kerry wrote the report for which Thurlow, as flotilla commander, was responsible. Thurlow apparently never read it, because clearly he would have disagreed with it back then. Then, he never read his own Bronze Star citation recommendation, which clearly cited the enemy fire.

So much baloney. Thurlow is either incompetent or a liar. Either way, he is in no position to judge Kerry. He obviously can't get over the fact that Kerry protested the war...
