These people need to accept democracy because we cannot unite the whole world under a worldwide central Government until these people accept democracy first. If they won't accept democracy its because they haven't yet been sufficiently motivated by hardship and tyrrany. We are here to help them by first supporting tyrrants to prepare them for democracy and if that fails increase the pressure. The great thing about terrorists is they like to attack their own countries for the most part. YOu see that in Saudia Arabia, Chechnya, Georgia, and Iraq. The purpose of terrorists is prepare their own people for democracy or the next step in the destruction of their own freedoms and the increase in the power of the central Government depending on how far a nation is along. Our country is clearly ready for the next step. The only question remaining is how fast will our citizenry accept radical changes.
