The creeps behind the SMearvets were some of the same ones who libeled McCain in 2000 and Cleland in 2002, suggesting McCain was insane and that he was "no hero" (same language the SmearVets use on Kerry) and that Max Cleland blew his three limbs off himself (a total lie) and was "no hero". They like that "no hero" line against real heros don't they? And they back an AWOL draft-dodger with a draft-dodging running mate and a draft-dodging head of congress, all of whom have either lied about or kissed off military duty.
