Nortel is gaining market share by growing revenue faster than the market. Furthermore, Nortel is cutting 3,500 jobs heavily weighted in managers to contribute to earnings growth.

Wireless Networks and Enterprise Networks comprises 51% and 22% of revenue, respectively.
