Vietnam was a watershed time for the US

I can tell, and appreciate your insights. I'm not touching The Vietnam with a ten foot pole thanks very much. I find the history of this country fascinating, learnt all I know since I got here, other than that America was Evil of course. I'd been here once before so I sorta knew that it wasn't, but what I found really fascinating when I first came here was how on earth anyone could express their love of country by sticking up for the Govt. This was an alien concept to me, I was 25/26 at the time. When the flags came out on 911 I really didn't mind. Seeing them made me feel better and I loved that. It was my doc bro in law's 50th recently, for fun or not, he was not quite sure, but one of his friends gave him a flag.

As for Bush working like a dog, i don't think so, but that's it on that subject of canine habits, Kerry otoh looks like he needs a cracker up his But. Maybe it just got lighted, who knows, take care, twt.
