The fact that the military spends money on boob jobs for female soldiers is so bizarre that it is beyond comment. It's a sign of a vast UNMANAGED bureaucracy awash in a sea of cash that is being pissed away on war and such nonsense as boob jobs. Too bad I wasn't one of the persons driving by. I would have honked for natural breasts! They are becoming more and more rare with each passing year. Soon they will come under the auspices of the EPA and the All-Natural Woman will receive protection under the Endangered Species Act. But then the second-term Bush Administration will probably nullify that with their "No Flatlander Left Behind" Act. And we will be back where we started from..... In the land of egos gone mad.
