Good post. While your stats are accurate, I believe that the price of oil, resulting inflation, and exorbitant levels of consumer debt have the potential to box us in for the foreseeable future. If rates are pushed up too quickly to fight inflation, consumer spending will tank the recovery.

Conversely, if the price of oil collapses (which it should, based on fundamentals), we'll likely see a good growth spike.
