Broker Says Dow's Bulls will Continue Their Charge, but in a
New Direction

Kimmel believes that part of the problem is perception. "Consider this," he says. "As of April 1997, more than 60% of Nasdaq stocks
were down 45% from their 52-week highs. Also, a view of the
unweighted advance/decline line is shocking, in how poorly both
Nasdaq and Amex continue to behave."

But, he continues, the reality is that the stock market in total
is experiencing a blowoff that hasn't stopped. "While it's
impossible to call the exact top or bottom of the market, it is critical to be on the correct side of the market trend, which
continues to point firmly up."

The bulls may continue to run, but Kimmel feels they will change direction: "There will be a rotation into smaller and mid-cap
names as investors question Coca-Cola at 45-times earnings."
