Steve, >Rudy, is this 37 - 37 1/4 level we are stuck at a known resistance level?< No, we have cleared (hopefully will stay above it) the resistance levels at 35-3/8 (strong one) and at 36-1/2. Next resistance level is at 41-1/2 area and then around 45. Those levels will take much more power to surpass. Hopefully we get an "upgrade", initiation of coverage, or some sort of "good news" by then to take us pass that level. Intraday resistance looks like at 37-1/4. There is a possibility that the day may pull back to 36-1/2 area. Pro's will determine that at the last hour of the day. Good luck.
