No, no, Ish. Bush had them created from nothing. His crack team of spooks went out and created thousands of pages of dental records and pay records which prove that Bush really didn't accomplish hardly anything while in the National Guard, but at least showed up often enough to get an honorable discharge.

Unlike Kerry, who faked being a hero.

See the difference? That's why Kerry is smart and Bush is dumb. If Bush was smart, he'd have faked being a hero.
