Tseng is in a critical turnaround phase right now and could go either way. The answer will come in a few months. I don't believe a serious "BUYOUT" ever materialized (or ever will) therefore, I believe the rumor was false and totally unfounded. Conventional wisdom is that Tseng is buying back its own stock just as it announced it would about 7-10 months back. If so, Tseng, more than anything, has contributed to the share price increase lately. The wisdom of such a move is yet to be determined. Tseng is an interesting gamble but Tseng just might payoff handsomely. I am a long time holder & continue to accumulate. I am also short on safety & long on risk/return. I rate Tseng Lab as ONE OF THE VERY BEST "GAMBLE" STOCKS AVAILABLE TODAY.
