I lived in Canada. I saw Canadian doctors and I used Canadian prescription drugs. I'm sure you can buy generic drugs in Canada although I don't recall doing so. Kerry and Edwards will support a health insurance plan and let Americans buy drugs from Canada. See: Message 20402213 Message 20402213
