Most Liberals are racists. That's why they ruined public school education. They refused to give minority children credit for having the ability to learn, so they gradually lowered public school standards. Pres Bush has more faith in America's children than that, so he insisted basic performance skills must be demonstrated in order for schools to receive federal aid. Dems in Education community are still stomping their feet about NCLB.
