Wow...that's been a winner hasn't it. North Korea had maybe two Nukes before we called them part of an "axis of evil" and told the world that we would not be averse to "pre-emptive" attacks.

Now all our allies in that area are trying to sort of by-pass us in their dealings with the North Koreans. It seems that we are relenting a bit now, but we are still WAY behind the curve and the South Koreans and Japanese with the MOST to lose are not going to put their countries at risk because of some cold-war fixation that the current US administration seems to be frozen in.
