Isn't this different than one of Kerry's campaign operatives suggesting yesterday (the Salon article) that the SBVFT book be taken off the market?

I thought the SEC filing by the Repubs in March was to stop 527 money as a loophole trying to bypass McCain-Feingold.(certainly a LARGE one)

You're right....the language on moveon's letter is funny....if the whole thing weren't so sad.
