Clinton was the most right wing Democratic President of the 20th century and set the stage for much that Bush has done. He set the goal of "regime change" in Iraq and killed many more Iraq civilians via sanctions than Bush has via the invasion.

It does not take a rocket scientist to see that 9/11 was primarily a response to Clinton's policies of starving Iraq into surrender and ever increasing support for Israel. His revolting wife Hillary is a big supporter of the Iraq war and he probably is too.
