Why is it so easy for the "powers that be" the Bush Adminstration and their allies in radio like Rush to get people to focus on irrelevant stuff like Viet Nam?

Bush's military services records/timecards were "found" recently and revealed that he didn't report for service. So, Bush is a fraud too.

Amazing how people are actually focused on the Viet Nam War of all things. It ended 30 years ago. Like we don't have important issues to focus on in 2004? We've been through all sorts of things as a country since the Viet Nam War. Why it is still an issue in 2004 is rather puzzling?!? The war was a big mistake. Bush was smart for avoiding service in Viet Nam; I have to commend him for that. Kerry had the balls for going over there and should be commended for it. But, it was a big mistake for our country. It was a waste of money and human beings, and is best forgetten. The smart ones avoided service in Viet Nam.

We should focus on more important issues of this era.
