Amiral Stansfield Turner former Director of the CIA and Rhodes Scholar Lt General Edward D Baca, Former Superintendant at West Point, and Combat Veteran with 101st Air Borne Division. Vice Admiral Lee F Gunn, Formerly Inspector General at Department of Navy Lt. General Claudia Kennedy, highest ranking female officer. John McCain - United States Senator from Arizona. I was not a general and I only have one I would call a friend, so I won't pretend to understand their motivations. I lived in the proverbial trenches and hang around with similar birds. Kinda like the Swiftees. Maybe that is why I understand them. I will point out that though the list seems impressive it is a mere 8 votes.
