Evidence was there was only one guy with a B4 rocket launcher. In Kerry's own words, in the citation, "he [Kerry] again ordered a charge on the enemy, beached his boat only ten feet for the VC rocket postion [singular], and personally led a landing party ashore in pursuit of the enemy [again singular]. Not only that but O'Neills book says, "grenade launcher which may or may not have been loaded, depnding on whose account one credits".
