I called and talked with Allan Achilles on Friday and Kerry today. Allan was going to get an answer to my questions but was out today, so Kerry helped me and said I should fill it out as 'friend/family'.

That is, he said if I was investing less than $25,000 to circle the friend/family option. Is that what you heard Mark?

Not that the internet is the place to ask for ethical advice (plus I'll make my own decision anyway), but my claiming to be a 'close personal friend' of a company insider simply isn't true.

Is that the way the VSE is set up...to cater to the very rich or to insiders, but no one else?

WGO seems to be in an excellent position. I get an approximate per share earnings once production is started (which at this point is a real speculation) of 0.30 US. Anyone know what kind of P/E Canadian companies trade at? S&P500 is around 20. That would make WGO 6.00US assuming they find a market for their product, which at this point looks quite positive. I really want to participate in this, but need to find the best way how.

Rich, you seem to have some experience with private placements and seem to think that everything here is normal. What do you see as advantages to being in a private placement?
