Roy Hoffman is clearly a liar. I spoke to him personally and he is incapable of explaining how he could approve Kerry's medals when the evidence was fresh and all witnesses could be interviewed and consulted. Then some thirty years when his friend Bush needs to smear Kerry's record, he abolished all of the evidence collected by eyewitnesses and depends on hearsay from self-serving Republican hacks. He could not explain how Republican Senator Warner, Secretary of the Navy at the time the medals were awarded, could examine all the evidence only last week and AGAIN CONFIRM THAT THE MEDALS AND HONORS WERE AWARDED CORRECTLY.

This smear of Kerry is a smear job by the Bush campaign.
