i read the transcript. O'Neill is articulate, bright, and passionate about his cause... and, in truth, I believe there is a compelling argument to be made that Kerry would have been better served by keeping his mouth shut when he got home, regardless of whether or not he was telling the truth. i think O'Neill has a legitimate ax to grind on this particular issue.
