Indeed, if the democratic base does get more excited and mobilized because of this republican smear campaign, nothing else will. I am ready to go around my neighborhood to talk about the issues and persuade people that 4 more years of Bushwack guarantees that their grandchildren will be be paying for the deficit, that within one year after election gas will be 3 bucks a gallon, health care costs will increase, etc... I was already doing this at work, and I am proud to say I have gotten 10 voters to agree with Kerry's position. More is on the way. More than anything, these smearvets have really pissed me off, and now I am double motivated to beat them! J.
