Diane, here's an idea that you might persue. Why don't you look at how the media was completely taken in by this scam, and look at the role that publications like the Financial Post played in propegating the scam. After all, here is a situation where a company is making ludicrous claims, the brokerage analysts make even more ludicrous claims, and a guillible and unsceptical press wrote articles in which these lies were repeated as fact. For many mining industry people (an I'm talking about mining engineers and consultants), this story became unbeleivable somewhere between 5 and 25 mm oz. The FP was bandying about numbers like 70 mm oz, and 200 mm oz, at a time when most reasonable people were scratching their heads and wondering what the hell was going on. Regards, John Sladek
