Bush went there that morning to read a book with some children. Pols do things like this these days to promote the value of reading to children. And he simply did what he went there to do. Please tell me what a President Kerry would have done during those same seven minutes that amounted to anything. He was giving his reaction to the WTC news when he said "they were too shocked to think", That was based on Kerry's statement to Larry King in an interview.
