John, Those people that have homes in two different states, should not be allowed to vote twice in federal elections, but are entitled to a vote in each state for local, and state, issues.

I am not, really, opposed to kumar, or others like him, from voting in both countries, but am, and always will be, opposed the them receiving benefits from both nations, especially when they did not contribute to the funds of either of the countries.

That's still free loading, period.
