I'm new to the market thing too yet i think a lot of us are. TLTK
isn't known out there. It was, yet isn't followed anymore. If I
were you, I'd put $ in now because you have no idea when it is going
to take off. I obviously though it would be after the last announcement
yet then i heard it was preannounced so i missed the boat. I picked up tons 'o shares At an average price of $2.65. So far, i've
lost money but it is only a matter of time before investors start
checking into this one. If the earning per share for the Fiscal
Year end on 6/30/96 are on target (seems like TLTK is a little
conservative on their goals), then they will be .40 with no dilution.

For the stock to maintain a LITTLE PE of 30, the price will have to
be $12 in 5.5 months. That's 352% return in 6 months....not bad.

They have a second switch which will be helping Revenues operating by the
end of february and a third operating by sometime in September.

Once people really see that this is not the old TLTK which was
delisted a few years ago, then the PE ratio will increase on top
of the earnings. Seems like it will haev to take more than just two
quarters to show the investors that they are for real. Could be
this quarter that they will take notice, or the next, but be prepared
to claim a lot of capital gains for the year 1996 with this stock!!!
