America: Love it and Make it a Better place to live. That whole "love it or leave it" saying from the Viet Nam era is just as hollow and misguided today. People who are for peace, aren't anti-American. Shouldn't countries strive to live in peace? There are other approaches we can take to fighting terrorism than the old military might is right approach. We could declare energy independence from Mid East oil. We could force our allies the Israelies to settle with the Palestianians and in the process make our country a safer place to live, as our terrorism threat would fall from such a sensible action.
