Clinton took about 2% vacation. He was constantly working. He stayed up late, read voraciously, lots of obscure reports and stuff, to the amazement of those around him.

By contrast, Bush is a to-bed-by-9 sort of guy, who doesn't read even the newspaper, and relies on a lot of others to do his research (and conclusion-drawing) for him.
