It is called party now pay later, I think that is how most Americans feel unfortunately. So hey just keep piling that debt on your credit cards and homes, the American way.. You really don't have to pay that debt back anyway do you? The fed pushed down interest rates to try and save the economy and they gave it every thing they had and they are about out of ammunition now and the economy isn't looking all that great to me.... BTW interest rates WILL start rising there is no other way. The dollar is declining against all major currencies, all commodities are going up including the most important...oil. Don't believe the CPI. Unless you are a big buyer of flat screen TVs or computers Inflation is here with a vengeance just look around you, produce, dairy, gas, insurance, medical, utilities, education, housing and now imports (due to the declining dollar). One last thing 40% of our debt is financed by foreigners, god forbid if they decide our debt is too risky...
