46,000 'Snowbirds' Register to Vote in Two States

A U.S. newspaper says about 46,000 registered voters in New York state, mostly Democrats, have also signed up to vote as residents of Florida.

The New York Daily News investigated computer records and found the so-called "snowbird" voters, who travel to the south during the winter months.
