That statement says to anyone who is not brain dead, that the participants of the meeting could no longer think of the agenda that was to be discussed..... Nowhere does it imply, and it is stupid to think, that those folks Republican and Democrat, were immobilized as Bush was and "could not think"...Try that on some 6th graders, it won't fly here.... Better that you rationalize Bush's seven minutes of cowardice.....
