I REPEAT: posters to SI of negative information have an obligation under any reasonable standards of civil discourse to declare any financial interests they might have in damaging target companies. In the case of Pluvia vs PLSIA, it does appear that we have uncovered the "smoking gun" and it's not a pretty picture!!! JW
