I believe the cisco agreement is not relevant for MSN. I pertains primarily to corporate infrastructure. Remember that MSN gets its dialup access from UUNet. This is all Ascend equipment. I think the MS announcement is positive for Ascend unless MS decides to build their own dialup infrastructure or UUNet decides to begin using a 2nd vendor for access equipment.
