Talk about dishonest! Anyone that would post such drivel cannot possibly be honest: Same reasons he brought a movie camera with him to Vietnam and filmed staged reenactments of actions in which he participated; same reasons he put himself up for a purple heart for self-inflicted wounds after his CO turned him down; and same reasons he embellished his story of pulling Rassman from the water with claims of enemy fire and blood gushing from his arm. Vanity, political ambition and fundamental dishonesty. There were no re-enactments, nor any self inflicted wounds...and I suppose that Rassman himself was hallucinating the enemy fire?
