CJ, Brinkmanship at it's finest. Sometimes, I wonder what would happen if America and South Korea turned the tables on North Korea with regard to brinkmanship. Park two or three carrier groups off the coast of North Korea and see how they react. Unfortunately, no one really has the stomach for that.
