Nothing wrong with minutia as background and as a test of assumptions, but only after dealing with the basic question: "Does the product work?" To wallow around in matters such as whether or not training courses are full takes the investors eye off the ball. Alan Abelson employing this device has cost small investors hundreds of millions of dollars, if not billions, by scaring them out of some of the great growth companies of the last 40 years. He has been the cause of a large transfer of wealth from small investors to large investors and institutions. John
