Yes but they were allowed to gain access to technology that enabled them to embark on uranium enrichment. If NK has bombs now you can thank Clinton because he allowed it. There is no don't about it. Bush will put NK in its place. Bush is telling china to get involved because it is there problem too. As China gets more and more capitalistic they will become more and more of a stablizing influence there. Chris, this is the problem I have with liberals.
