Nobody can check how O'Neill voted, but, since he's lied about everything else, including his Republican apparatchik background, the Republican backers of the book, the contribution of his racist co-author, his work for Nixon dirty tricksters, his connection to Chuck Colson and his monetary contributions to both Bushes, I assume he's lying about that, too.
