Okay that was a poor choice of words. More accurate is "what some voters will perceive as pacifism." To be elected President you have to convince quite a few numbskulls to vote for you. The Chimp got away with the Iraq scam because the numbskulls wanted blood, anyone's blood. In the next term they will be tired of war for the foreseeable future, and we will have peace.
