OK, but Gardner claimed to have knowledge about Kerry's first PH. In fact, Dr. Letson is quoting Gardner when he says Kerry didn't deserve his first PH. That is hearsay based on a lie.

In fact, Kerry's first PH was deserved and here is a first hand account (all 3 people actually there give the same account):
