He has admitted many, many times that he wasn't present when the Kerry incidents occured. He has testified to what he did see. And has not retracted on anything. I have posted all of "Gardner's testimony, but don't have it in front of me. Now that you question it, you will get another rundown. Gardner was not on the Whaler, when Kerry faked his first Purple Heart. He was not involved in the Silver Heart action. And he has never claimed he was. He was with Kerry over Christmas, and that was one of the things that forced the retraction on Cambodia.
