his main role has been the clear info he provided that kerry was never, ever in cambodia. gardner was on kerry's boat all december and most, if not all, of january. cambodia had nothing to do with medals, but kerry used that cambodia bs to fool a lot of people and to get his way over the next 30+ years. that kind of bald-faced lie by kerry is what gardner contributes mostly to the the fray. it seems you think the cambodia tale is no big deal. if i knew you and i found out such a thing about you 30 years later, i would first think you were mental. then i would never trust you with anything important that i could not easily verify. such a lie is not a first amendment right.
