NEW YORK, Aug. 24 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- ACM Income Fund, Inc. (NYSE: ACG - News), a closed-end management investment company, declared on this date, August 24, 2004, a monthly income dividend of $0.060 per share of Common Stock, payable September 17, 2004 to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 3, 2004. Ex-date will be September 1, 2004.
The $0.060 per share dividend rate represents a decrease of $0.0075 per share from the Fund's previous $0.0675 monthly dividend rate. The Fund noted that the dividend decrease is intended to align the Fund's monthly dividend with its current and projected earning power.
